Mens bits and womens bits come in all shapes and sizes and some certainly are repulsive, so i fully get the personal preference expressed here.

Oh my, noisy eaters and people who talk with a mouth full of food do my frickin' head in. It demonstrates (to me at least) a general arrogance, that they think a lot of themselves and very little of others.
I used to have a list as long as my arm and maybe that is one reason I never got married as I was very fussy. I think I am a bit more reasonable now though.

Bible Atrocities
by Trapped in JW land ini really can't wrap my head around how people can still consider god loving with such atrocious biblical accounts such as, 1 samuel 15, (god ordering the slaughter of amelikite baby's and children) 2nd kings 2, forgot the verses (god sending bears to maul 42 children) and many others.have you ever asked a witness or anyone elsewhat they think about these accounts?
what was their response?
i'd love to ask one, but unfortunately i'm still physically in the cult and i wouldn't want to raise any suspicions.

Confirmation bias at it's best.
There was no exodus, no sojourn in the wilderness, no miracles, and no God (except in the minds of men).

DF'ed and Confused...
by Stumbeline inso i think the title pretty much says it all.
i have a tendancy to be long winded about things, so i'll just give a general introduction and maybe tell things as i go along.
i don't even really know what i want from this site (ironically i remember jehovahs-witness.net mentioned from the platform as a site not to go to).

In 2114 they will be reading in their new publication about how Satan sure got a poke in the eye on the 100th aniversary way back in 2014 when they video conferenced a couple of DCs in London and Washington right under his minions noses.

what to do when you have a crazy friend?
by losingit init's hard for me to start this topic bc i feel like i'm being judgmental, a quality i don't like in others and one i try to stay away from as much as possible.
i really do try to be an understanding, caring person.
i essentially believe that all people are good and i am shocked to my core when i am betrayed.

New Article on BEARDS and Attire of Jehovah's Witnesses
by jwfacts ini have had requests to add an article about beards and jehovah's witnesses.
it is interesting that there is virtually no statement that says a witness cannot have a beard, yet universally they do not have beards.
i have scoured quotes from all the threads on jwn, all references to beard on the cd watchtower library, and copies of elders letters that i have.

There are those that say:"Jesus had a beard". Well they did not have scissors or razors or electric shavers. If they did they would not have had beards.
They had sharp blades like any other culture with steel, shaving was done with a single edged blade cut throat style if they hadnt already indeed invented the hinged opposable blades like scissors for longer hair and beards. Otherwise why the references to trimming the side locks etc in their laws if they were unable to do so?

IF THERE WAS NO FIRST HUMAN.....
by DATA-DOG in...and new species of "humans" have appeared gradually, do we have "x-men" amoung us??
so many people are willing to automatically discount abilities that cannot, as of yet, be explained by our current scientific knowledge.
is it too frightening to entertain the idea that there are new and possibly better "humans" in our ranks?

Take a high performance car as an example, lets say an F1 car. It has sensors for all sorts of things and all are feeding info to a computer either in the engine management system or straight to the pit wall.
Rule of thumb: no sensor no reading.

How DO animals that sense "bioelectric fields", sense them? Hint: they have specialised organs.
